Kathy has been involved with Real Estate Investments for over 30 years. As an Investment Banker, she has participated in finding, developing and managing properties for individual and commercial clients. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She specializes in finding the right property for her clients and spends a great deal of time researching the market looking for the "right fit". Kathy serves on the Board of Directors for the 400 North Board of Realtors, she's a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Georgia Association of Realtors. In 2009, she was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award for her accomplishments as a Realtor. She has lived in North Georgia for 14 years after living in New York and Florida for many years.
